Tambr Partners, a family office located in New York City, has secured a majority stake in Pressure Point Roofing (PPR) through its holding entity, Pacific Northwest Roofing Services. Situated in Central Point, Oregon, Pressure Point Roofing is recognized as a leading provider of commercial and residential roofing solutions, delivering extensive re-roofing, repair, and maintenance services throughout Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington.
Established in 1989 and taken over in 2008 by Matt Stone, who serves as President & CEO, PPR has earned its reputation through a commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and reliable service for a diverse clientele. Matt Stone and Brian Fisher, the Vice President & COO, will continue to guide the company with their dedicated team, retaining substantial ownership in the enterprise.
